For 140 years, we’ve been serving this community — and we’re still going strong. Come celebrate with us! Mobile Medical Clinic

Mobile Medical Clinic
The Windsor Essex Ontario Health Team (WEOHT) Mobile Medical Clinic will be onsite at The Salvation Army Leamington Community Church and Community and Family Services from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They will be offering free, walk-in health services and supports to the community. This clinic is open to all ages, with no health card required. No appointment is necessary, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Services available may include: Primary care check-ups, prescriptions, and referrals Chronic disease support (COPD, CHF, diabetes) Preventative care (vaccinations, FIT, PAP, mammogram referrals, health teaching) Testing (COVID-19, STI, pregnancy) Wound care and foot care Mental health support Substance and addiction services (overdose prevention, harm reduction supplies) Community connections (housing assistance, Ontario Works, forms, social supports) Education and resources for seniors, families, parents, adults, teens, and children This is a welcoming, confidential, and judgment-free service designed to reduce barriers to care and support community well-being.
